By using the services offered by Speedtalker the client agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions :
The prices are indicated in dollars, and are tax exclusive. Speedtalker may apply different prices depending on the country to which the subscription is delivered. Our prices include on-line subscription to Speetalker. All orders, regardless of their country of origin, are payable in dollars. Speedtalker reserves the right to alter prices at any moment.
Orders are effected by completing all the required fields on-line order form.
Payment is made by credit card at moment of order. Speedtalker is protected by a security system. You can verify that the security system is active by consulting the URL (the address of the web-page in your browser's navigation bar) because instead of being [http] it will be [https].
Speedtalker operates a secure site using the industry-standard SSL encryption.
The subscription will be just after your payment.

All the texts, pictures and illustrations which appear on the speedtalker site are protected by copyright and intellectual property right for the whole world. Only personal, private use, is permitted, in strict accordance with the terms of International Copyright and Intellectual Property Law. Any other use, without explicit permission in writing from Speedtalker is illegal, and is liable to prosecution under the terms of the Law
This contract is to be interpreted according to Danish law. In the event of litigation, the case can be heard only by Danish tribunals.

The use of cookies.
Whenever anyone browses the Speedtalker website, a small text file of information is attached to the hard drive of the user’s computer. This is known as a "cookie". A cookie does not contain any personal information. A cookie records information about the user’s computer, operating system, browser, and how the user navigates the Speedtalker site. The cookie is also sent back to the originating server, where it is used to facilitate the way the browser interacts with the site. For example, cookies enable the operation of the shopping cart.

Navigation data
Whenever anyone visits the Speedtalker, this leaves non-personal information in what are called log files, which are then used to program the presentation of the site’s editorial and promotional content. This information is stored on the Speedtalker server, but only for the duration of the current visit; they cannot then be used for any subsequent visits.
